Residential Support Worker

Nest Care LTD is currently seeking a , Residential Support Worker for Semi Independent Unit supporting Young People who may present with complex and or challenging behaviour.  The unit is based in Bracknell – Berkshire. Duties include supporting residents with day to day living, budgeting and achieving goals set out in their care-plan, report writing, escorting, working in partnership with external agencies both statutory and non statutory, excellent communication skills a must alongside a can do attitude.  

Candidates with NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care are desired if not willing to work towards this qualification is essential.  

Successful candidates will need to live relatively close have a proven track record of working with this client group and be subject to satisfactory DBS checks.

Shift patterns are AM 7am until 3pm, PM 3pm until 10pm and Nights 10pm until 7am flexibility is a must with weekends included in the working shift pattern.
